Aim of the course:
Building on the core work-readiness competences introduced in the previous course, this module expands the MOOC pathway by integrating green and digital skills as essential dimensions of employability in contemporary vocational contexts.
The course explores how sustainability principles, digital literacy and technological awareness increasingly shape professional roles in the Habitat and construction sectors. It highlights the importance of environmental responsibility, resource efficiency and the effective use of digital tools in responding to evolving labour-market demands.
Participants will examine how green and digital competences complement technical and soft skills, preparing learners for technologically advanced and innovation-driven work environments, including those where XR-supported training may be applied.
